Resolve Session Start/Stop Issues on Windows or Mac
To fix block session timing issues on your computer, follow these steps:
1. Launch the Freedom App
Make sure the Freedom app is running.
If it's not running, open the app manually.
2. Sync Freedom Manually
Click the butterfly icon in the:
System tray (Windows)
Menu bar (Mac)
Select "Sync Freedom" from the dropdown menu.
This action will synchronize your device with our servers and help start or stop the block session correctly.

To resolve issues with session timing on mobile devices:
1. Open the Freedom App
If the app is closed, open it.
If the app is already open, swipe or pull down on the Today screen tab.
This action will trigger a sync with our servers, allowing the block session to start or stop as scheduled.
