Resolve Session Start/Stop Issues on Windows or Mac

To fix block session timing issues on your computer, follow these steps:

1. Launch the Freedom App

  • Make sure the Freedom app is running.

  • If it's not running, open the app manually.

2. Sync Freedom Manually

  • Click the butterfly icon in the:

    • System tray (Windows)

    • Menu bar (Mac)

  • Select "Sync Freedom" from the dropdown menu.

  • This action will synchronize your device with our servers and help start or stop the block session correctly.

Resolve Session Start/Stop Issues on iOS or Android

To resolve issues with session timing on mobile devices:

1. Open the Freedom App

  • If the app is closed, open it.

  • If the app is already open, swipe or pull down on the Today screen tab.

  • This action will trigger a sync with our servers, allowing the block session to start or stop as scheduled.
