Overview
If you are running into an issue where a block session has not started or stopped on time, there are several steps you can take to easily resolve the problem.
Resolve Session Start/Stop Issues on Windows or Mac
To resolve a session start stop issue on Windows or Mac, follow the instructions below:
If the app is not running, launch the app.
Click on the butterfly icon in the system tray (Windows) or menu bar (Mac).
Select "Sync Freedom"

To resolve a session start/stop issue on iOS or Android, you can do either of the following:
If the app is closed, open the app
If the app is open, swipe/pull down on the Today screen tab
In both cases, Freedom will automatically sync with our servers to start or end your block session.
