Issue: I'm having trouble with Freedom. How do I contact support for help?

If you're having issues with Freedom and need to reach us for support, we're more than happy to help!

You can contact us in the following ways:

Chat button

At the lower right hand corner of each Freedom page, you'll see a little chat bubble. Clicking on this will allow you to start a conversation with the team. We try to respond within 20 minutes session removal requests. Other requests may take a little longer.

Email support

You can email us at [email protected]. If you prefer to email, please do so from the same account you used to set up your account, it makes everything faster.

What to include

If you need a session ended, please tell us the name or times of the session.

If you're having trouble on a specific platform, please include your troubleshooting info. Here's where to find that:

Windows: Copy/paste from the Freedom desktop menu under Options > Troubleshooting Info

Mac: Copy/paste from the Freedom desktop menu under Options > Advanced > Troubleshooting Info

Android: Take a screenshot of the System Details page in the Freedom app settings.

iOS: Take a screenshot of the System Details page in the Freedom app settings tab under More Information > System Details.
