Issue: I'm having trouble with Freedom. How do I contact support for help?

If you're having issues with Freedom and need to reach us for support, we're more than happy to help! To contact support please follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your Freedom account at

  2. Click on the messenger tool on the bottom right-hand corner of any page. Clicking on this will allow you to start a conversation with the team. We try to respond within 20 minutes during support hours for session removal requests. Other requests may take a little longer.

What to include

If you need a session to be ended, please tell us the name or times of the session.

If you're having trouble with setup or would like to report a bug, please include which platform you're using (Mac, Android, etc.), which browser(s) you've tried, and any other relevant information that will help us troubleshoot.

Note: Our support hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM US Eastern Time. We offer partial support on weekends, but please remember that response times will be much slower. Thanks for your understanding!
