About Freedom Session Notification Emails
Freedom will email you if there is a session that is supposed to be running on your device, but the device is not active.
How to resolve a session issue
Blocking will not work on the device until the Freedom app is launched on the device. The solution is to open the Freedom app on your device and your session will begin.

How to opt out
If you would like to opt out of these emails, you can manage your preferences from https://freedom.to/profile/notification-preferences. Just turn your settings to Off and you will no longer receive these emails.
