How to tell if Freedom is active on your device
We've made it easy to ensure that Freedom is running on your devices from the online dashboard! Just log into your dashboard at https://freedom.to/dashboard and take a look at your devices.
A green status light indicates that Freedom is active on the device. A gray status light and alert symbol indicate that Freedom is not active on the device:
How to fix an inactive device
If your Android device is displaying as inactive on your dashboard, please try the following steps:

Tap on the Freedom app to open it
Once the app is launched, check Settings > Account Details and make sure you are logged in with the same email you're using to access the dashboard.
Check that your device is connected to the internet or mobile data network, and you are not having any general connection issues.
