Below you will find a breakdown of all the options you can find in our Android app. For more information on initial setup of the app, please see Installing Freedom on your Android device.

The Today tab contains information about your active and scheduled sessions. It also displays any Important Actions you need to take to ensure your blocks are working properly, as well as a feed of the most recent blog posts from our website.

New Session

On the New Session tab, you can select one or more blocklists and devices, choose a session length time, and then tap ‘start’ to begin. You can also schedule sessions from this tab. For more information, see Android blocklist and session setup.

On the Blocklists tab, you'll see a list of all your created blocklists. You can tap on individual blocklists you’ve created to edit or delete them. You can also tap the plus sign in the green circle to create a new list. For more information, see Android blocklist and session setup.
