Question: I purchased a subscription via in-app purchase with my Apple ID, but the Freedom app still shows my account as Trial. How do I activate my Premium subscription?
If you purchased a Freedom Premium subscription via in-app purchase via our iOS app, you may need to restore your purchase. Here's how to do that:
Open the Freedom iOS app.
Go to Settings
Select "Restore Purchase."
Note: Since purchases are tied to your Apple ID, you won't be able to restore your purchase if your device is logged in to iCloud on a different account. To make sure you are logged in under the correct account, go to your iPhone/iPad's settings and then tap your name at the top to view your Apple ID. This will show you which email you are logged in under.
