How to add sites to your blocklist

1. Create a blocklist

Ok great! You want to block some sites. Let's open https://freedom.to and make sure you're logged in.

Once you have logged in, you can create a blocklist by clicking "Add Blocklist ".

2. Add distracting websites and apps

First, create a name for your new blocklist, then start adding the distracting websites you would like to block.

We have added some preset filters to block the most commonly requested sites for your convenience. You can click the '+' symbol to add Freedom's preset filters for popular websites and apps to your list.

In addition, you can add more websites to block by typing the URL in and clicking  'add site'. For more information on the URLs associated with commonly blocked websites and apps click here: How to block apps with Freedom

When you are finished adding sites to your new blocklist, be sure to click the green Save button. Your blocklist is complete!

How to remove sites from your blocklist

To remove sites from your blocklist, first, open your blocklist by clicking on it.

Once the blocklist is open, click on the green checkmark icon next to each block. This will take them off your blocklist immediately.

How to rename or delete your blocklist

As long as Locked Mode is not enabled on your account, you can easily edit the name or delete your blocklist. First, just click on the blocklist you'd like to edit. From there, click on "edit name" to rename your blocklist or click on "delete list" to delete your blocklist entirely.
