How can I ensure I won’t be charged at the end of the trial period?
Trial and subscription cancellations can be requested through Apple or the Google Play Store.

How can I delete my Freedom account completely during the Trial period?
While the trial period is still active, there isn’t an option for deleting your account completely. Please cancel your trial to ensure you won’t be charged, and wait for the trial period to come to an end.
Once the trial period has ended, you will be able to delete your account by clicking ‘Account Removal’ at the bottom of your Freedom settings page: https://freedom.to/settings
How can I update to the Forever plan during the trial period?
First, please cancel your trial via the iOS App Store or Google Play Store to ensure you won’t be charged, and wait for the trial period to come to an end. Once the trial period has ended, you will be able to upgrade to the Forever in the app or directly from our website: https://freedom.to/upgrade
How can I apply a discount to the premium plan when I am charged?
Coupon codes cannot be applied to subscriptions purchased via the App Store or Play Store at this time. They can only be applied when purchasing directly through our website.
To use a discount code, first, please cancel your trial via the iOS App Store or Google Play Store to ensure you won’t be charged, and wait for the trial period to come to an end.
Once the trial period has ended, you will be able to upgrade directly from our website and use the discount code at checkout: https://freedom.to/upgrade
