TikTok is a major source of distraction due to its endless stream of short-form videos. Scrolling through the app can quickly consume a lot of your time. Also, there is growing concern that TikTok's addictive nature, constant comparison to others, and exposure to triggering content can have negative impacts on individuals' mental health.
