We have received some reports of Freedom not starting properly after a reinstall. We're currently working to solve this problem permanently, but if you run into this problem, here is a workaround.

Step 1: Uninstall the Freedom app

Step 2: Download a new installer from https://freedom.to/downloads

Step 3: Start the Install Process

Step 4: When Freedom asks you where to install the program, edit the default location by removing "Freedom.to"

Important: Freedom will try to install in C:\Program Files (x86\Freedom.to\Freedom (or something like this). Change "Freedom" to "Freedom2".

Step 5: Complete the installation. If you see a Windows Security Alert, make sure you click both Public and Private Networks.

Complete the installation - you should be able to log in!
