Generally, your Freedom desktop session will start within a minute of the session creation inside of our web app. This is because Freedom needs to sync and pick up your schedule.

If you notice that your Freedom sessions are taking longer to start, the following steps will manually sync your sessions and "kickstart" Freedom.


Click the butterfly icon in your menubar, and select Sync Freedom.


Click the butterfly icon in your taskbar and select Sync Freedom.
