If you're having issues with Freedom and need to reach us for support, we're more than happy to help! To contact Freedom Support, please choose one of the following options:
Option 1: Send an email to [email protected]
Option 2: Log in to freedom.to, and click on the Messenger icon in the lower right corner.

Additionally, please ensure you are using the latest version of the Freedom app. On Mac and Windows, click the βCheck for Updatesβ option in the Freedom menu. For iOS or Android, please visit the App Store or Play Store to look for updates
When contacting support, please include as much information as possible about the issue, including:
Your Freedom Account Email Address
Description of the problem you are encountering, including the platform you're experiencing the problem on. (iOS, Android, Mac, Windows, or ChromeOS)
If possible, a video or screenshots demonstrating the issue.
Any steps you have taken to fix the issue, and how long ago the issue started.
