Issue: Freedom sessions don't start immediately
Generally, your Freedom desktop session will start within a minute of the session creation inside of our web app. This is because Freedom needs to sync and pick up your schedule.
If you notice that your Freedom sessions are taking longer to start, the following steps will "kick" Freedom.
Just click the butterfly icon in your menubar, and start a short session:
This will re-sync Freedom. These instructions also work on Windows.
We're going to be adding a "sync" option in our next release to enable quick syncing between the platform and devices.
