How to recover your password

First, go to our sign in page and click on the "Forgot your password?" link.

Enter the email address that you used to sign up for Freedom, then check your email for instructions on how to reset your password. If you do not receive the password reset email, please check your spam folder.  If the message is not the spam folder, it is likely that the reset password email does not match your account email.  Send us a support request and we can
